Cancellation Policy
Mama Massage has a 24 hour cancellation policy. Any cancellations that occur more than 24 hours before the scheduled time are able to be re-booked at no additional cost.
Clients who cancel less than 24 hours in advance, a cancelled booking fee is applied. If the booking is made using a voucher, unfortunately the voucher will be void.
Clients who purchase vouchers and who do not live in the Brisbane Metro Area, but have selected they do on purchase. Unfortunately the voucher will be void.
Mama Massage does not issue refunds for cancelled appointments.
